Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to wind4 Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. wind4 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts that do not comply.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Wind4 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesian market. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual players.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence. Minors, persons under guardianship, and persons legally prohibited from gambling are ineligible.
• Not a wind4 employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of wind4 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in promotions.
• Single account: You may hold only one wind4 account. You must not be the beneficial holder of any other active or suspended wind4 account at the time of registration.
• No prior permanent ban: You must not have been previously permanently excluded or banned from wind4 or any affiliated platform.

Account Registration

To access wind4's real-money Services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete.

• Required information: Registration requires a valid username, a unique email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile number, and your preferred deposit bank or e-wallet.
• One account per person: Each individual may register only one account. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wind4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify wind4 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accurate details: Your registered name must exactly match the name on the bank account or e-wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.
• Contact information: You must keep your email address and mobile number current. wind4 uses these channels to deliver important account notifications, security alerts, and verification codes.

wind4 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account creation does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform; wind4 may close, suspend, or restrict accounts at any time in accordance with these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

wind4 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraud and money laundering. As part of this commitment, wind4 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to complete KYC at any stage, including before processing a first withdrawal, when account activity triggers a compliance review, or upon a material change in account details.

• Proof of identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued photo ID confirming full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months, displaying your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of payment method: Wind4 may request a screenshot or photo of the bank account statement or e-wallet screen confirming the registered account holder's name matches the wind4 account name.
• Source of funds: In certain circumstances, wind4 may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into your wind4 account. This may include payslips, tax returns, or bank statements.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing. wind4 will not close an account solely on the basis of an incomplete KYC submission during the 14-day window; however, real-money gameplay may also be restricted until verification is complete. All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with wind4's Privacy Policy.

Deposits

wind4 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be made available or withdrawn from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the wind4 deposit page.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; high-volume accounts may be subject to enhanced due diligence.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your wind4 account within five minutes of confirmed receipt. Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata are credited within 15 minutes during operational hours.
• Deposit name matching: Deposits must be sent from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your wind4 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable bank fees.
• No fees from wind4: wind4 does not charge a fee on incoming deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside wind4's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Declined deposits: wind4 may decline or reverse a deposit if it cannot be matched to a verified account, if the payment method is unsupported, or if fraud indicators are present. In such cases, wind4 will contact you at your registered email address within 24 hours.

Withdrawals

Wind4 processes withdrawal requests to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit to that account, subject to verification checks. Withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours, and within 60 minutes at all other times. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically received within 5 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are typically received within 30 minutes of processing, subject to interbank clearing times.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. wind4 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount.
• Wagering completion: Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-funded winnings before completing wagering will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated winnings.
• Same-method policy: For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. Wind4 may request additional verification if a player requests withdrawal to a different account.
• No fees from wind4: wind4 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. Player-side bank or e-wallet fees are outside wind4's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wind4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free-bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, Idul Fitri, and major sporting fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• One bonus per offer per player: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered at the multiplier stated in the individual offer terms before they may be withdrawn. Wagering on games with an RTP above a threshold specified in the offer terms may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire after the period stated in the individual offer. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Minimum odds — sportsbook bonuses: Sportsbook bonus wagering contributions require bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) unless the specific offer states different odds requirements. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets must meet the minimum odds on each individual leg.
• Bonus abuse: Wind4 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and multi-accounting. Players identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently suspended.
• Wind4's discretion: Wind4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Wind4's decision on all promotional matters is final and binding.

Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on wind4 are subject to specific rules published within each game or market. The following general gameplay terms apply across all Services.

• Provably fair: All wind4 casino and slot games use certified random number generation (RNG) provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. RNG certification is maintained through regular independent audits.
• Sportsbook settlement: Sportsbook bets — including bandar bola (football sportsbook) markets, mix parlay accumulators, and other sports markets — are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport and market type. Wind4's sportsbook rules, including rules on voided bets, incomplete events, and protest periods, are published in full on the sportsbook rules page.
• Togel draws: Togel results are determined by the official draw results of the referenced pools (Singapore Pools and Hong Kong Pools). Wind4 is not affiliated with these organisations and uses their results solely as the reference outcome for settlement purposes.
• Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, wind4's system logs the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Outcomes are determined by the game engine's recorded state. Wind4 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Maximum winnings: Wind4 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-bet payout cap. The applicable cap for each product is displayed in the relevant game or market rules. Winnings above the cap will be settled at the cap amount.
• Error resolution: In the event of a software malfunction, display error, or pricing error, wind4 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes. Wind4's technical logs are the authoritative record of all game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wind4. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting sporting events covered by wind4's sportsbook.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through third-party bank accounts or payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate or increase winnings beyond what a correctly functioning system would produce.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, wind4 backend systems, or any part of the Platform not intended for public access.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or account management.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wind4 Platform — including but not limited to the wind4 brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of wind4 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use wind4 content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any wind4 content without prior written permission from wind4. Scraping odds data, game results, or any other Platform content by automated means is expressly prohibited.

Privacy & Data

Wind4 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a wind4 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Wind4 applies industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, salted password hashing at rest, OTP verification on sensitive account actions, and restricted internal access controls. Wind4 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or our operating licence conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wind4's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their wind4 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Wind4 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Wind4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside wind4's reasonable control.
• Wind4 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, sharing of login details, or use of the Platform from a shared or publicly accessible device.
• Wind4 is not liable for any tax obligations a player may incur in connection with winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their personal tax obligations in Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits wind4's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by wind4's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the wind4 account relationship at any time.

• Player-initiated closure: You may close your wind4 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following a standard KYC check.
• Self-exclusion: Players wishing to self-exclude may do so via the responsible gaming tools in account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the suspension of all deposits, gameplay, and bonus claims for the elected period or permanently. Self-exclusion is not account closure; a real-money balance is preserved and will be returned upon verified re-activation after the self-exclusion period, where applicable.
• Wind4-initiated suspension: Wind4 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, money laundering indicators, or failure to complete KYC within required timeframes.
• Balance on closure: Where wind4 closes an account due to a material breach, any balance comprising Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned net of any amounts owed to wind4 as damages or by way of set-off.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wind4 holds its international operating licence. Wind4 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and does not represent that its Services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 calendar days of written notice by either party, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents wind4 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent fraud.

Amendments

Wind4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes to eligibility criteria, fee structures, withdrawal processing times, or player obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and via a notice on the Platform at least seven calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date. Wind4 will process such closure requests promptly and without penalty.
